Aleesha has been able to be recognized as the most effective female professional bodybuilder during the second part of the year. In 1984, Aleesha was born into an athlete's family. Although her father was a bodybuilder her siblings also played games like hockey on ice. Aleesha had played sports before like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha received her professional card for winning the NPC USA Championships 2014 She began her professional career in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete in the 9th place race. Her 2015 finish was 9th. Aleesha finished 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2020, when she snagged the 4th place. However, the "World's toughest mother" needed to take a break due to her health.
